Verzehrempfehlung: 1–2 mal täglich eine Portion trinken.

Zubereitung: Pro Portion 200 ml kaltes Wasser, alternativ auch Milch, in einen Mixbecher füllen, 30 g Pulver (= 2 gehäufte Esslöffel) dazugeben und 20 Sekunden lang gut schütteln. Die Zubereitung kann auch mit einem elektrischen Mixer erfolgen.
